We are looking for a Full-time Cleaning Manager to join our team in Sligo.
Working pattern: Monday-Friday from 08:00-16:00.
Main duties and responsibilities:
This role will have overall responsibility for all operational aspects of the sites they manage, new business, HR aspects, and training for the region responsible.
* Lead and manage the cleaning staff.
* Ensure correct and thorough training is given to all employees.
* Organize relief work for those on holidays or out due to illness.
* Adhere to all company policies & procedures.
* Attend training and meetings as required and appropriate.
* Participate in performance reviews, trainings, and audits.
* Keep accurate records in relation to all aspects of work and prepare reports as required.
* Have a flexible approach to work in response to business change, development, and review of best practices.
Requirements and skills:
* Knowledge of business and management principles and practices.
* Ability to work as part of a management team.
* Planning, organizing, and conflict management.
* Decision-making and problem-solving.
* Communication, leading, and influencing.
* Experience in a similar role.
* Microsoft Office knowledge.
* Full clean driving licence.
* IND1.
