Accounts Payable Assistant
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Assistant to join our client's team in Belfast. This is a full-time, office-based role with a salary of £25,000 per annum.
Key Responsibilities:
* Process post and separate invoices into respective categories: invoices, credits, statements, and branch purchase orders.
* Nominal code expense ledger invoices and load them onto the system.
* Match invoices to purchase orders and process payments.
* Create spreadsheets using Excel for various purposes.
* Liaise with different departments/branches regarding queries and authorisation of invoices.
* Deal with supplier query phone calls and resolve any issues.
* Filing and organisation of documents.
Requirements:
* Experience in a relevant finance role, preferably in accounts payable.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis and spreadsheet creation.
* A willingness to learn and adapt to new situations with a 'can do' attitude.
