Job Summary
The TOP (Turnover Package) Documentation Coordinator plays a crucial role in assembling and delivering the final TOP to the customer. This position requires coordination with several departments to ensure timely completion of the TOP.
Responsibilities:
* Supports ABEC practices and guidelines by adhering to established standards.
* Demonstrates strong multitasking abilities to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
* Creates documents using Excel and Microsoft Word, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
* Promotes effective communication by participating in internal project meetings.
* Develops project folders per the Customer Documentation Requirements, streamlining documentation processes.
* Utilizes the ABEC Business System to obtain Certifications and Manuals, enhancing operational efficiency.
* Coordinates cross-functional efforts to deliver the final TOP to the customer, fostering collaboration and teamwork.
* Prepares both digital and paper copies of the final TOP, meeting customer expectations.
* Closes any internal and customer TOP punch list items, ensuring resolution and follow-through.
* Prepares shipping and transmittal documents for customers, facilitating smooth transactions.
* Uploads the TOP to customer platforms via share-point, fusion, etc., ensuring secure and efficient data transfer.
* Takes an active role in identifying and driving Continuous Improvement (CI) opportunities, contributing to organizational growth and development.
* Fulfills all safety rules and policies, prioritizing a safe working environment.
* Executes other tasks as assigned, demonstrating adaptability and a willingness to learn.
Requirements:
* A High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
* Experience with cGMP or ISO 9000 is necessary, showcasing familiarity with industry standards.
* Candidates must possess strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, enabling effective collaboration and decision-making.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for successful collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
* A high degree of attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks are crucial for managing multiple responsibilities.
* Multitasking abilities are vital for juggling competing demands and deadlines.
* Awareness of and prior experience with implementing Continuous Improvement (CI) are beneficial, but not mandatory.
* Prior Lean/Six Sigma experience is a plus, indicating a background in process improvement and optimization.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook, Word, Access, Excel, and Adobe/Foxit, is necessary for administrative tasks and document management.
* Scanner/copier abilities are required for efficient document processing.
