In this role, you’ll leverage your expertise in SAP and MES to drive system improvements, resolve discrepancies, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, train staff on best practices, and contribute to our continuous improvement culture. Key Responsibilities:
* Inventory & Stock Management: Conduct cycle counts, organize stocktakes, and ensure stock alignment across all systems (SAP, MES).
* System Optimization: Resolve stock discrepancies, ensure accurate material backflush, and collaborate with master data teams for adjustments.
* Training & Support: Develop SOPs and provide training on system usage to ensure operational excellence.
* Data Integrity: Validate consumption records, correct product declarations, and update master data as needed.
* Collaboration: Work with finance for month-end closures, troubleshoot system issues, and assist with new product development and system testing.
* System Administration: Manage SAP/MES-related queries, contribute to UAT/simulation testing, and support the integration of new tools like WISE, GEA, DANIS.
* Reporting: Generate and distribute system reports, manage ticket logging, and ensure timely issue resolution.
Skills & Experience:
* Experience in Manufacturing Systems: Strong background in SAP and MES within a manufacturing or similar environment.
* Problem-Solving Expertise: Proven track record in identifying issues, troubleshooting, and implementing effective solutions.
* Data Management: Comfortable with data entry, analysis, and reporting.
* Training & Support: Ability to educate and support team members in system usage and troubleshooting.
* MS Office Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
* Qualifications: Relevant third-level qualification in engineering, IT, or a related field.
