Securitas Technology Ireland are currently recruiting for a Sales Support Administrator based in the Dublin region.
Securitas Technology Ireland are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Support Administrator to join our sales team. This role plays a critical part in supporting the sales department by assisting with administrative tasks, managing customer communications, processing orders, and helping streamline sales processes to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist the sales team with day-to-day administrative tasks, including maintaining sales records and databases and any administrative tasks for tenders and proposals to Clients.
* Handle sales-related documentation, including quotations, proposals, and contracts.
* Process customer orders, ensuring accurate and timely delivery on our internal Systems.
* Maintain and update sales databases, ensuring all customer information is accurate and up to date.
* Utilise current CRM software tools to record activity.
* Provide assistance to other team members when required and carry out other activities as reasonably requested.
* Answer all incoming telephone calls and emails quickly and professionally. See customer, supplier and other queries through from beginning to end as required.
* Ensure excellent levels of customer care and service are adopted in accordance with Company standards.
* Ensure customer communication is presented and submitted in a format consistent with our Company image and customer care standards.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
* Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a sales or customer service environment.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to multitask and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM systems.
* Knowledge of sales processes, and order management is an advantage.
