The successful candidate will support both operational and administrative functions with a focus on stock management and replenishment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Equipment Maintenance: Perform electrical and mechanical troubleshooting and repairs, as well as manual repairs when required.

* Equipment Installation: Install, relocate, and configure equipment as needed.
">
* Stock Management: Receive, check, count, and organize incoming goods. Conduct stock checks and cycle counts, ensuring accuracy. Maintain proper stock levels in designated cabinets by managing replenishment and ensuring items are correctly restocked.

* Use Excel and internal computerized systems to manage inventory and order parts.
">
* Order Fulfilment: Pick and pack customer orders within agreed timeframes and deliver items to designated points of use.
">
* System Operations: Operate various computerized systems and software applications for inventory and project management.
">
* Project Support: Manage and complete assigned project tasks within specified deadlines.

Ideal Requirements:

1. Background in general operative roles, with familiarity in stock replenishment processes and data entry.

2. Technical Skills: Proficient in Excel and comfortable working with various internal software applications.

4. Desk-Based Tasks: Comfortable in a predominantly desk-based role, with occasional physical tasks such as organizing stock.
