Social Care Leader - Children's Residential Services
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Social Care Leader to join our team at our client's residential centre for young people aged 11-17.
Role Overview
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of staff in providing high-quality care and support to young people with complex needs, helping them navigate their journey to independence and adulthood.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement individualised care plans that meet the unique needs of each young person.
* Lead and manage a team of staff to ensure effective delivery of care and support services.
* Collaborate with other professionals to ensure comprehensive and integrated care planning.
* Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of care and support services, making recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A Level 7 or 8 qualification in Applied Social Care.
* Full flexibility to work a residential roster, including evenings, nights, and weekends.
* A minimum of three years' experience working in a children and families service or similar environment.
* A full driving licence and access to a car.
