Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Pastry Chef to join our team at The Heritage, part of FBD Hotels.
Main Duties:
* Prepare all ingredients for service for allocated sections to the required standard, minimizing wastage.
* Cook food to precise specifications.
* E nsure the smooth operation of food service within all food and beverage outlets.
* Implement and maintain a comprehensive HACCP system.
* Deliver high-quality dishes in a timely fashion.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Pastry Chef.
* Familiarity with industry best practices.
