Law Firm in DUBLIN Centre with WFH hybrid potential
Solicitor – 3+ years PQE in general practice with good experience in litigation and conveyancing.
(May suit full or part time)
Position Objective:
Working with experienced litigation and conveyancing solicitors and a dedicated team of experienced legal executives and support staff. Position will suit somebody who can work as part of a team and also on their own initiative. Great potential for career advancement and development.

Skills and Experience:
1. Previous exposure to litigation and conveyancing essential;
2. Can work on own initiative as well as being a strong Team player;
3. Pro-active thinker and problem solver;
4. Calm, professional and approachable manner;
5. Excellent communicator;
6. Familiar with litigation and conveyancing procedures and documents;
7. Previous experience in debt recovery and repossessions an advantage;
8. Strong communication skills;
9. Attention to detail;
10. Microsoft Office skills including Word and Excel also an advantage.
Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Client facing and touch point for clients;
2. Ensuring MI is up to date and reported to client as required;
3. Ensuring client specific SLAs are met;
4. Taking instructions from clients;
5. Reviewing files to ascertain next steps;
6. Giving advices to client in relation to their files and how they should proceed;
7. Dealing with incoming correspondence from clients, agents and solicitors;
8. Contributing to departmental monthly target;
9. Managing a high volume, fast moving workload;
10. Briefing counsel and appearing before the District, Circuit, High Court and Dublin County Registrar to make applications;
11. Experience drafting proceedings and motions;
12. Liaising with clients over court outcome and next steps;
13. Liaising with court services;
Salary: will be commensurate on relevant experience.
