Responsibilities:
* To adhere to journey plans given by line manager and Territory managers
* To ensure that all merchandising guidelines are being adhered to with emphasis on Planogram compliance, maximising promotional space and negotiating with Store Manager
* Record relevant sales and merchandiser requirements, competitor activity and provide feedback in a timely manner
* Ensure stock is rotated at all times and any short-dated stock is highlighted to store manager
* Maintain and grow planogram space where possible
* Ensure all products have correct SEL placed in front of the product
* Merchandise all promotional ends and ensure correct pricing is in place
* Capture before and after photographs on a handheld device using Trax system
* Liaise with store manager prior to leaving ensure they are happy with work completed
* Liaise with Tactical scheduler before and after each call
* Build strong relationships with all parties to work together as a team
* To generate new ideas and ways of working
* To support all product launches and promotions across all serviced brands
* To maintain all CPM and client standards and policies
* To consistently strive to reach highest standards of performance for customers
* To ensure at all times that you operate in an effective and efficient manner to complete all tasks
* To undertake any other duties and responsibilities as instructed by your line manager
Requirements
Skills/Qualifications/Experience:
* Full Irish Drivers License
* Familiar with technology
* Good Interpersonal & Communication Skills
* Good Organisational Skills
* Company Vehicle
