Job Description
CubeMatch is looking for a skilled professional who can seamlessly span both development and business analysis (BA) responsibilities within the Axiom environment.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing regulatory reporting solutions using AxiomSL, while also engaging with business stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with regulatory and financial reporting needs.
Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and configure AxiomSL solutions to meet regulatory reporting requirements.Implement ETL processes, data mapping, and transformations within the Axiom environment.Optimize Axiom models, workflows, and automation for enhanced efficiency and performance.Collaborate with IT teams to integrate Axiom with other data sources and systems.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Axiom implementation.Engage with business stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze regulatory reporting requirements.Translate business needs into functional specifications for Axiom development.Conduct data analysis and validation to ensure data accuracy and regulatory compliance.Support testing and user acceptance processes to validate Axiom implementations.Work closely with risk, finance, and compliance teams to ensure alignment with regulatory frameworks. Qualifications / Essential Skills & Attributes Strong hands-on experience with AxiomSL, including configuration, development, and optimization.Ability to bridge the gap between business analysis and technical development within regulatory reporting.Proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and ETL processes.Strong understanding of regulatory reporting requirements in the financial services industry.Experience working with large datasets and data integration across financial systems.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Prior experience in both development and business analysis roles is highly desirable.
