The Role:

Key Responsibilities Include:
* Assist in the smooth running of the Kitchen, maintaining all areas to the required standards.
* Motivate staff to achieve their best performance.
* Ensure a safe, hygienic, and healthy working environment.
Main Responsibilities:
* Directly supervise all employees engaged in the Kitchen.
* Oversee the smooth running of food production activities for all departments.
* Lead and develop the kitchen team, ensuring ongoing training and compliance with HACCP and hygiene requirements.
* Implement high standards of hygiene and safety among kitchen staff.
* Stay up-to-date with new food trends, write, and implement new menus.
* Design unique and tasty dishes that compete with seasonal offerings from competitors.
Requirements:
We seek a Head Chef or Sous Chef with five years' experience, who can demonstrate strong leadership skills and successfully operate in a guest-focused manner.
