Due to continued growth and expansion, the company is now seeking to recruit a Business Development Representative to support sales of solar PV solutions to their impressive list of clients. Some of their clients are large energy users in the following sectors: Pharma, Cement, Dairy/Agribusiness, Distillery, Food & Beverage.
Your new role Due to continued and sustained growth, they require an experienced PM to support a range of renewable projects across Ireland. The successful candidate will be responsible for the hands-on project management from initial design through to commissioning and post-installation support.Key Duties & Responsibilities
1. Client engagement and interfacing
2. Develop comprehensive project plans and schedules, executing plans to achieve agreed outcomes.
3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation.
4. Equipment Specification
5. Oversee day-to-day site operations, managing subcontractors and internal finishes.
6. Management of assigned Budget
7. Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental responsibility for your projects, ensuring the highest levels of health, safety, and quality.
8. Technical support to customers
9. Assist in any other duties which may encompass the role.
10. Resolve critical site issues and address delays, bad weather, or emergencies.
What you'll need to succeed
11. Full Clean Driving Licence
12. Budget Management experience
13. Knowledge of renewable energy systems Solar PV would be an advantage.
14. 5+ years of experience in a Project Manager role in a manufacturing or renewable energy role.
15. Third-level qualification in an engineering discipline.
16. PMP or similar qualifications would be an advantage.
17. Strong delegation and organisational skills.
18. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
19. Knowledge of quality and safety management systems.
20. IT proficiency with the ability to generate detailed site reports.
21. The ability to drive projects and work within strict deadlines.
22. In-depth understanding of health and safety requirements within Irish construction sites.
23. 5 year experience in PM in electrical or mechanical engineering
