You will own the customer engagement strategy across all lifecycle stages—driving onboarding, retention, and reactivation through targeted campaigns, smart segmentation, and compelling content. This role will require a strong leader with good knowledge of Emarsys (or similar platforms), a data-led mindset, and a proven track record in customer-centric marketing.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategy & LeadershipDevelop and lead the global CRM strategy to increase customer lifetime value and engagement.Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Data, Design, and Media teams to create a unified customer journey.Build and lead a high-performing CRM team, fostering innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.Campaign Planning & ExecutionOversee the development, deployment, and optimization of multi-channel campaigns (email, push, SMS, in-app).Align messaging with customer lifecycle stages, promotions, and product updates.Implement test-and-learn strategies, including A/B testing and multivariate testing.Segmentation & PersonalizationDesign and manage robust customer segmentation strategies based on behavior, demographics, and predictive data.Use dynamic content, triggers, and automation to deliver personalized customer experiences at scale.Measurement & ReportingDefine success metrics and establish rigorous reporting frameworks.Analyze campaign and program performance to generate actionable insights and iterate on strategy.Present regular reports to stakeholders on performance, learnings, and opportunities.Technology & Platform ManagementOversee CRM platform operations (preferably Emarsys), ensuring best practices in data integrity, automation, and compliance.Collaborate with tech and data teams to improve CRM integrations and data pipelines.Key Requirements7+ years in CRM / lifecycle marketing with 3+ years in a leadership role.Strong expertise in campaign strategy, segmentation, and personalization at scale.Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex marketing programs.Hands-on experience with Emarsys (preferred) or similar platforms (e.g. Adobe, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, Hubspot).Strong analytical mindset; comfortable working with data, dashboards, and business intelligence tools.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Experience in e-commerce, digital services, or fintech is a plus.Life at Ding:At Ding, we are striving to grow and nurture a culture that is inclusive, global, and equitable but most of all fun!
