IT Service Delivery Manager
This is an exciting new role for a senior professional to lead IT service delivery and management within our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead change management processes to ensure seamless transitions with minimal disruption to business operations.
* Plan, execute, and maintain auditable documentation for all changes.
* Evaluate and resolve IT incidents and risks in a timely manner, minimizing their impact on the business.
* Implement strategies to mitigate risks and conduct regular reviews with auditable records.
* Manage annual reviews of IT policies and procedures, ensuring updates align with changes in services, standards, and regulations.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in coordinating and executing IT change management processes, including running CAB meetings and maintaining auditable records.
* Strong background in managing IT incidents and risks, implementing mitigation strategies, and conducting regular reviews.
* Experience in managing IT policies and procedures, ensuring updates align with changes in services, standards, and regulations.
* Proficiency in IT cost management, including invoice processing, budgeting, and financial oversight.
* Hands-on experience in tracking and maintaining IT assets, including physical, virtual, and service-related assets, with a focus on audit readiness.
