Hyde & Seek Childcare are seeking a skilled and motivated person to fulfil the role of area manager.
Their role will be to co-ordinate, lead and liaise with our service managers to ensure a high standard of service, compliance to company policy, procedures and regulatory requirements.
Main responsibilities are -To provide leadership, knowledge and support to our service managers in their roles -To evaluate and ensure a high standards of operation and regulatory compliance across our centres -Performance evaluation and goal setting for service managers.
-Ensuring service/staff compliance to policies and procedures by the use of focused audits.
-To work with senior management to develop a training program and oversee training of new staff.
-Co-ordinate the implementation of any new company policies and initiatives with individual services.
-To assist in developing our curriculum in line with Aistear and Siolta -To Effectively market and promote the group -To develop ongoing positive relationships with our clients and staff -Perform any other reasonable duties that may be assigned from time to time Person Specifications: Minimum FETAC Level 6 in Childcare.
Minimum 2 years work experience in a management role Ability to lead Good Communication and Relationship Skills with staff and parents Comprehensive knowledge of relevant legislation and regulation Salary is negotiable and dependent on experience.
