Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced, strategic and results-driven Product Manager to join our growing SaaS business.
In this role, the successful candidate will take full ownership of the product lifecycle for critical features and offerings, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business objectives.
This role will collaborate closely with engineering, design, and business stakeholders to deliver world-class solutions that drive value for our eyecare customers.
Responsibilities:
Develop and communicate a clear product vision and roadmap that aligns with company goals and customer needs
Prioritize opportunities based on impact, feasibility, and business objectives
Analyse user feedback, and leverage data insights to deeply understand user pain points and opportunities
Monitor industry trends and competitor offerings to ensure the product remains competitive and innovative
Work with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Design, Sales, and Marketing) to deliver high-quality software solutions on time
Write clear Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) with defined acceptance criteria
Manage trade-offs, resolve blockers, and ensure effective communication throughout the product development process
Define and track product success metrics (e.g., adoption, retention, revenue impact) and iterate based on insights
Act as the voice of the customer and a champion for the product vision within the company
Collaborate with senior leadership and stakeholders to align on priorities and deliverables
The successful candidate must have:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a relevant IT qualification
6+ years of experience in Product Management, with a track record of owning and scaling SaaS products
Proven experience managing the full product lifecycle: from strategy and discovery to delivery and performance measurement
Analytical mindset with experience using tools like Pendo, Woopra, Google Analytics, or Tableau to make data-driven decisions
Demonstrated ability to balance customer needs, business priorities, and technical constraints
Excellent communication and storytelling skills: ability to articulate product vision, write clear requirements, and align teams
Familiarity with product management tools: Jira, Jira Align, Aha!, Productboard, Miro, etc.
The Ideal candidate will also have:
An MBA
Experience in the healthcare or optometry industry
Basic knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript) or APIs.
