Job Title: Executive Assistant
Location: Galway City
Responsibilities:
* Providing administration support, including drafting reports, emails, memos, and preparing communications.
* Organizing meetings, scheduling appointments, and sending reminders.
* Managing calendars, appointments, and diary management.
* Arranging travel, including flights, accommodation, transfers, and other logistics.
* Coordinating events, liaising with external parties, and ensuring timely execution.
* Managing and accurately reporting expenses.
Requirements:
* Degree qualification in Administration or equivalent.
* Minimum 5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant/Executive Assistant to Senior Management.
* Excellent MS Office skills.
* Strong diary management and organizational skills.
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
