Addressing both internal and external inquiries. Collaborating with stakeholders to review outstanding debts and manage follow-up actions. Preparing weekly and monthly reports. Supporting the billing process as needed. Engaging with clients in a proactive and professional manner. Addressing both internal and external inquiries. Experience & Background Relevant experience in Finance/ Billing / Credit Control in a law firm or similar professional service provider, ideally 1-2 years'.
