Hotel Talent is looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to join a Hotel operation in Limerick. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing HR practices and driving employee engagement and ensuring systems are in place. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources management, including recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement HR procedures and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
2. Manage the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
3. Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies and procedures.
4. Drive employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive workplace culture.
5. Oversee performance management processes and employee development programs.
6. Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
7. Analyze HR metrics to inform decision-making and improve HR practices.
8. Handle employee relations issues with discretion and professionalism.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role, ideally within hotels/hospitality and or Retail.
3. Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment legislation in Ireland.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization.
6. Proficient in HR software and MS Office Suite.
7. CIPD qualification is a plus.
