Job Ad: Senior Account Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Account Manager to act as the day-to-day liaison and contact on some of our global accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
* Working closely with the Account Director to deliver annual sales and margin targets for your dedicated client portfolio.
* Effectively managing and dealing with all types of enquiries, identifying clients' needs, and providing a professional and efficient service with tight deadlines and fast turnarounds.
* Producing quotes and costings for clients and Account Directors as required.
* Having good product awareness and knowledge, and an ability to work with approved suppliers to source great products at the best value.
* Assisting with identifying new customers and proactively identifying merchandise opportunities (upsell) within accounts.
* Escalating issues to Account Director in a timely manner and overseeing and mentoring Account Administrators.
* Developing bespoke products from concept through to production, ensuring all product developments align with customer expectations in terms of sustainability, brand guidelines, target market execution, and client marketing strategy, while meeting commercial requirements.
* Communicating with different functional areas, such as warehouse, courier companies, designers, websites, and suppliers.
* Adhering to all company ISO policies.
Requirements:
* 2-3+ years of experience working in a fast-paced office environment.
* A proven ability to maintain and grow client relationships, working with key stakeholders at both junior and senior levels.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills (both written and verbal).
* Examples of delivering high-value and volume projects within specified timelines.
* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent administration and interpersonal skills.
* A positive attitude and hands-on mentality.
* Excellent IT skills, particularly good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
* German speaker is an advantage but not essential.
