Job Title : New Business Sales Representative – German Market

Location : Dublin South (flexible hybrid – 3 days WFO, 2 days WFH)
Salary : Competitive base alongside further uncapped commission

As a successful New Business Sales Representative, you will be responsible for supporting the expansion efforts in the German Market. You will be focused on researching and reaching out to potential clients and new business leads to understand their current needs and matching their requirements with the right products and services whilst supporting a global client account within the IT sector.
Key Responsibilities
1. Generate new leads within assigned market (German) and engage with new business through thorough research, pitching, and strategic approaches.
2. Achieve and exceed targets, thriving in a fast-paced work environment with a proven track record of success.
3. Collaborate with key clients on projects, grasp their objectives, and analyse data to drive strategic initiatives.
4. Strong communication with both internal sales teams and external stakeholders, utilizing various channels for effective management.
5. Exhibit strong networking abilities and arrange meetings with key stakeholders in the sales team upon successful engagement with new or existing clients.
6. Participate in weekly and monthly meetings to review progress and strategize.
7. Cultivate and nurture key relationships, providing exceptional customer care and anticipating clients’ needs by gaining deep insights into their requirements and customising accordingly.
8. Maintain and update the internal database to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
9. Build strong relationships with clients, continually seeking innovative methods to enhance their experience.
10. Navigate through complex compliance requirements and operational procedures specific to each client and jurisdiction.
Experience
11. Background in one or more: sales, customer service, telesales, or account management.
12. Experience with business development and outbound calling preferred.
13. Fluent in both German and English languages (verbal and written).
14. Proficient in administrational tasks and well organised.
15. Experience with CRM systems is advantageous.
16. High levels of motivation, enthusiasm, and innovation and excellent communication skills via both email and phone channels.
17. Skilled in developing positive business relationships and closing sales.
18. Strong team player with adaptability and cooperation.
19. Capable of building effective long-term relationships.
