This role plays a key part in the success of this initiative, presenting an exciting opportunity for the right individual to help realize our client's vision of being a preferred learning partner in the industry.
The Role: Responsible for the design and configuration of our client's SaaS-based learning platform.Collaborate with the internal project team and regional teams to review the feasibility of requests and provide timelines for implementation.Liaise with the SaaS provider and regional teams to analyze and troubleshoot issues.Consume SaaS-provided APIs (using Postman).Ensure continued compliance with key policies of our client.Key Responsibilities: Obtain a deep understanding of the platform to advise our client's regional teams on the optimal use of the platform's capabilities.Contribute to all front-end design and development activities.Provide first-line technical support to regional teams, escalating issues to the platform provider when necessary.Support user provisioning and global report generation as needed.All About You: Experience with CMS/LMS administration and website builders such as WordPress, Wix, or Webflow.Familiarity with version control systems such as Git is beneficial.Ability to consume APIs is a plus.Quick learner with a passion for technology and a commitment to continuously updating skills.Strong ability to multi-task and prioritize workload effectively.Excellent communication skills, fluent in English (verbal and written).
