Key Responsibilities:
* Design and implement maintenance strategies to drive plant efficiencies.
* Manage and update computer maintenance systems.
* Ensure constant supply of electrical services for the plant.
* Upskill on-site workers and monitor electricity and gas costs.
* Identify change programs that increase productivity and profitability.
* Recommend safety-related training for personnel.
Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance or a related field.
* A valid electrical qualification.
* Project management experience is essential.
