Sales Enablement and Operations Lead – On site
The Sales Enablement and Operations Lead will work together with Business Leads and Operations Director to drive growth, employee engagement, and best practices to achieve the 5-year business plan. They will lead a One JLL approach driving market activity and innovation. The job description below may be added to from time to time:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Partner closely with Business Line Leads, Marketing, Operations, and Wider EMEA Sales Enablement teams to enable and promote business growth.
2. Connect with the EMEA Sales Enablement teams, sharing knowledge, discussing ideas, and implementing processes to support continued growth in the Irish business.
3. Identify and implement best practices that drive business performance across all revenue-generating departments.
4. Actively and successfully support the sales process: pitch due diligence, pitch preparation, and pitch presentation.
5. Develop and execute strategies to increase win rates.
6. Standardize best practices across the organization to ensure consistent high performance.
7. Streamline internal processes to reduce response times to client inquiries and requests.
8. Implement efficient workflows for proposal creation, contract management, and order fulfillment.
9. Attend Market review meetings and WIH meetings as required.
10. Lead client-centric initiatives by spearheading client surveys and interviews to gather valuable insights into client needs and preferences.
11. Analyze client feedback data to develop both short-term and long-term strategies that align with client expectations and market trends.
12. Collaborate with appropriate teams to address any client feedback/suggestions/improvements.
13. Partner with Marketing to create initiatives to engage internal stakeholders.
14. Partner with Marketing and Research to drive initiatives that maximize value and delight clients.
15. Actively monitor market trends through personal contact with clients and industry-associated meetings/events and seminars.
16. Act as a central client hub for JLL Ireland to support cross-selling across all business lines.
17. Act as a primary point of contact for gathering and organizing client feedback.
18. Support the business in always delivering an excellent client experience, ensuring client needs are met or exceeded.
19. Proactively develop and improve processes to service clients. Develop personalized coaching programs to address individual and team performance gaps.
20. Support Operations initiatives to drive engagement, efficiency, and rigor in the organization.
21. Adhere to JLL’s business conduct by ensuring compliance with the firm’s guidelines, procedures, and strategies.
22. Other responsibilities as assigned by line manager.
Person Specification:
1. Self-motivated and results-driven.
2. Exemplary relationship management skills.
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with a diverse range of individuals.
4. An interest in current affairs and the Irish property industry.
5. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
Skills:
1. Track record of success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
2. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
3. CRM experience, Salesforce proficiency.
4. Project Management & Organizational Skills.
Experience:
1. 3rd Level degree, Business and/or Marketing preferred.
2. Knowledge of the market, current media issues, social media, competitor behavior, and strategy.
