Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee the CEO's calendar, organize appointments, and ensure smooth day-to-day scheduling.
* Arrange and manage detailed travel itineraries across Europe.
* Serve as the primary contact between the CEO and both internal and external stakeholders; manage communications, emails, and phone interactions.
* Prepare detailed meeting agendas, take notes, and track action points for follow-up.
* Assist in the coordination and delivery of special projects and business initiatives.
* Maintain and safeguard confidential documents and filing systems.
* Organise corporate events, executive retreats, and conferences.
* Perform research and compile reports, presentations, and briefing materials.
Requirements:
* A bachelor's degree with at least 2 years' experience in a related position or solid administrative background.
* Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
* Strong written and spoken communication capabilities.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks independently and collaboratively.
* Full working authorisation in Ireland.
