This is not a Finance or Sales position Role Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Support Coordinator to work alongside our Account Manager, supporting the execution and coordination of field campaigns for leading clients in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry.

Key Responsibilities Collaborate closely with the Account Manager to ensure the efficient delivery and follow-up of field campaigns.
Compile comprehensive client reports based on field activity and campaign performance.
Support recruitment efforts for field-based campaigns, including scheduling and candidate coordination.
Maintain campaign-related databases and perform accurate data entry.
Provide general administrative support to the field team and account management function.
Act as a key point of contact for internal teams and external stakeholders, handling queries and requests professionally.
Coordinate fieldwork logistics including shift bookings via phone and email.
Prepare payroll inputs by collating timesheets, attendance records, and ensuring all field hours are accurately reported to meet payroll deadlines.
Use Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and other Office applications regularly for scheduling, reporting, and communication.
Meet tight deadlines in a dynamic working environment.
Attend and contribute to regular team briefings and planning sessions.
Candidate Profile We are looking for someone who is: Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Experienced in data entry and administrative processes, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Professional and confident on the phone, with excellent customer service and communication skills.
Organised and efficient, capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
Interested in the food and FMCG industry previous experience in these areas is advantageous but not essential.
Retail experience is also desirable.
A team player with a positive attitude and a genuine enthusiasm for supporting others.
