Job Responsibilities:
You will report into the Director and be the No.2 within the team, allowing you to mentor APC students.
Conduct comprehensive building surveys, oversee dilapidation surveys, defect analysis, due diligence reports alongside some project management.
Ensure high-quality service delivery, meeting and exceeding client expectations.
Foster strong client relationships, contributing to business growth and new opportunities.
Candidate Requirements:
Must possess a Degree in Building Surveying or a related field.
Ideally you will be MRICS / SCSI accredited, but experience Surveyors will be considered.
Requires proven experience in a similar capacity, either in the UK or ROI.
