What your day to day looks like ?
1. Champion an environment that reflects our client's values, promoting trust and respect.
2. Cultivate strong, supportive relationships with key stakeholders across various business units.
3. Provide robust HR support and guidance to both employees and management on a broad spectrum of people-related topics.
4. Collaborate with People Leaders to foster a high-performance culture, emphasizing effective performance management and talent development.
5. Support management on various people matters, including recruitment, employee relations, and absence management.
6. Utilise data and evidence to identify business priorities, actively seeking and implementing solutions in collaboration with the wider HR team for consistent best practice application.
7. Proactively engage in the implementation of HR strategic programs and contribute to HR projects as needed.
Requirements:
8. Proven experience in Business Partnering.
9. CIPD Qualified with a solid understanding of Business Acumen.
