Junior Administrator
The ideal candidate will provide essential administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the office and assist with various day-to-day tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain an organised environment to ensure smooth operations.
* Assist in generating reports and summaries as required by different departments.
* Ensure proper filing and archiving of all documents, both physical and digital.
* Handle general inquiries and provide information.
* Provide support to other team members as needed.
* Promptly answer phone enquiries and manage the main phone line.
* Update internal accounts database and spreadsheets.
* Create, collect, and manage all documentation.
* Provide an excellent level of customer service.
* Meet obligations to management standards.
* Assist in preparing and organizing meetings, including booking rooms and preparing materials.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a similar admin role.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to prioritise and multitask.
* A positive attitude.
