About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Receptionist to join our team in a full-time office-based position. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a high level of attention to detail, and strong computer skills.
Responsibilities
* Meet and greet clients in a professional manner
* Manage the Reception area and handle all incoming calls
* Perform tasks such as typing, filing, file management, photocopying, and scanning
* Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Work effectively under pressure and meet strict deadlines
Requirements
* Previous experience as a Receptionist is essential, with Litigation experience preferred
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
* Experience with digital dictation systems is an asset
* Strong organisational, communication, and telephone skills
