The Digital Sales organization drives Microsoft's growth in cloud-first businesses. As a member of the Western Europe Support Sales team, you will work with specialized sales resources to provide top-class support offerings to Mid-Market and Corporate customers in Denmark, contributing to digital transformation momentum for our customers, partners, and Microsoft.
To succeed, you must have several years of technology-related sales or account management experience, or equivalent qualifications. Proven sales success in selling Unified and Enhanced Solutions Support solutions is essential. Creativity, adaptability, and knowledge of Microsoft licensing are also required.
You should be able to thrive in a highly collaborative environment, drive transformational products, execute recognized sales methods, and fluently communicate in Dutch and English.
The focus of the Support Digital Specialist is to identify, drive, and close Microsoft Support opportunities with a team of centralized Support Sales Specialists in Denmark. You will lead by example, drive new business throughout the Danish territories, and upsell and cross-sell together with area SMC teams and the Digital Sales units.
Your key accountabilities include determining strategy for identifying, driving, and closing Support opportunities, building relationships with Digital Sales Units and SMC teams, closing large deals through effective orchestration, meeting revenue targets, and maintaining deal management excellence.
