Role Overview
We are currently recruiting for the role of Deputy Manager in our Centre, which caters to young people aged 13 to 17. The successful candidate will work closely with the management team to provide high-quality care and support.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist the management team in ensuring the smooth operation of the Centre.
* Oversee daily activities and ensure compliance with established policies and procedures.
* Supervise and support a team of staff members to achieve excellent standards of care.
* Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement strategies to enhance the lives of residents.
Requirements
* Minimum QQI level 7 qualification in social care or relevant field.
* 3 years' post-qualification work experience in a children's / Children with disability / Main stream residential care setting.
* Full Clean Driver's License preferred.
