This role is based in Dublin.
We are seeking a passionate Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition to join our EMEA & LATAM Talent Acquisition Leadership team.
In this pivotal role, you will design and execute a forward-thinking talent strategy that aligns with both business objectives and the evolving needs of the teams you support. Leading a team of skilled and strategic Talent Acquisition Partners, you will provide vision, mentorship, and development, fostering a high-performing and motivated team.

Responsibilities:
* Build a talent strategy that meets the needs of the business, including diversity, talent brand, and operational excellence.
* Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying and addressing challenges proactively.
* Lead quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and forecasting processes, utilizing data to identify trends, opportunities, and solutions to improve performance.
* Lead by example, fostering a sense of inclusion and belonging to the regional recruitment team.
* Demand excellence of self and team to enable successful delivery of the hiring plan, collaborating with peers and partners to remove obstacles and enhance the hiring experience.
* Consistently coach, mentor and develop team members, to reach their full potential.
* Utilize data and our systems to educate, influence, and learn so that we can hire better, faster, and more efficiently, whilst transforming yourself, team and company.
* As part of the Global Talent Acquisition Management team, build relationships across the world to leverage learnings, share best practices, and scale ideas through collaboration.
* Drive technology, process, and teamwork efforts to enhance the recruitment process and drive innovation and efficiency.
* Elevate the candidate experience the hiring team provides through thinking of new and engaging ways to engage, inspire and nurture talent.
* Partner with business leaders and align recruiting team to maximize successful hiring outcomes and best practices.
* Stay connected to the market by establishing external peer relationships, bringing best practices back to the team, and driving our mission to share best on planet recruiting.
* Foster a culture of experimentation, exploring AI tools, insights and analytics to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.
* Implement forward-thinking programs that challenge traditional hiring models, ensuring diverse and high-impact talent pipelines that align with future business needs.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to redefine how LinkedIn attracts, engages, and hires the best talent in an ever-evolving market.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
* 10+ years of experience in recruiting.
* 8 + years’ experience in managing large teams across multiple regions.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Secondary language.
* BA/BS degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
* Demonstrate agility in a fast-paced environment.
* Experience holding leadership roles in a combination of corporate and staffing environments.
* Experience effectively hiring, inspiring, and developing talent.
* Experience driving results in a high-growth company environment.
* Demonstrates executive communication skills, influence, and a growth mindset.
* Strong understanding of talent and competency models, recruiting fundamentals, competitive market awareness, and online/social media.
