PART 1: Role Details
Role Title: Sales and Service Representative
Department: Actavo HomeCharge
Reports To: Team Leader

PART 2: Role Purpose
As a Sales & Service Representative, you will be responsible for converting HomeCharge electric vehicle leads to sales. You will also be responsible for responding to customer enquiries in support of the HomeCharge customer service and sales processes.

PART 3: Principal Responsibilities
1. Adhere to and maintain compliance with all Health and Safety procedures within your work. Ensuring you are responsible for yourself and/or team members who report into you.
2. Lead to sales management: Converting HomeCharge leads to sales whilst constantly focused on customer’s needs and expectations.
3. Customer Experience: Answering and resolving customer enquiries with a focus on delivering great customer experience every time.
4. Dispatching jobs to Field Technicians and maintaining close contact with Technicians to ensure that customers' appointments are kept.
5. Responding to Technicians' queries, verifying appointments and ensuring issues are dealt with efficiently.
6. Providing Technicians with technical information as required.
7. Assume ownership and responsibility for all assigned calls and ensure strict adherence to Service Level Agreement (SLA).
8. Ensuring HomeCharge sale and service administration is kept up to date with all correspondence.
9. Maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of Electric Vehicle products and procedures to deal with every interaction efficiently.
10. Compiling call logs and reports on a daily and weekly basis.
PART 4: Person Specification
Experience:
1. Previous experience working in a contact centre environment preferred.
2. Experience in working in a telesales environment.
Skills & Competencies (evidence of):
1. Technical: Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
2. Sales: Phone based sales skills with excellent lead to sale conversion rates.
3. Interpersonal: Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills required.
4. Business Skills: Excellent communication skills.
5. Personal: Ability to work on own initiative and act independently whilst being able to work successfully as part of a team.
6. Flexibility in line with business requirements.
