Senior Project Lead Consultant Engineering (12 month Contract - Competitive Daily Rates)
The Senior Project Leader plays a key role in driving complex projects from inception to successful completion. This position requires a strategic mindset and strong leadership abilities to manage cross-functional teams effectively. Responsibilities include ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget while aligning objectives with organizational goals. The Senior Project Leader also collaborates closely with stakeholders and promotes continuous improvement in project management processes.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Management
* Build, mentor, and lead cross-functional teams to drive project success.

* Act as the primary liaison between project teams, senior leadership, and stakeholders.

* Proactively identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
* Monitor and address project challenges, ensuring minimal disruption to timelines and goals.

* Ensure project deliverables meet the highest quality standards and stakeholder expectations.
* Promote best practices and drive process improvements in project management methodologies.

Reporting & Documentation
