Our client, a public sector organisation, is seeking a Temporary Receptionist for a key front-of-house role in Dublin 2. This full-time, on-site position requires strong communication, organisation, and administrative skills. Receptionist | Dublin 2 | Ongoing/Rolling Contract | Salary Range:€32-37kpa Role Overview: Greet visitors, manage calls, and handle queries. Oversee security procedures, visitor logs, and ID access. Keyholder responsibilities, including alarm codes. Manage post, meeting bookings, and travel arrangements. Support Health & Safety coordination, including First Aid and Fire Safety. Monitor security cameras and record incidents. Assist with general administrative tasks. Minimum Requirements: Relevant 3rd level qualification At least 2 years corporate reception experience is essential. Strong communication and customer service skills. Proficiency in MS Office. Organised, reliable, and discreet with confidential information. Ability to manage tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM (35 hours per week, with occasional overtime as required). Location: On-site in Dublin (no hybrid option). Contract: Ongoing, week to week.
