Job Title: Testing Manager
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Testing Manager to oversee testing activities for a CRM Configuration project.
Key Responsibilities:
* Test Strategy and Planning:
o Develop comprehensive test strategies and plans for the CRM Configuration project.
o Define testing scope, objectives, and criteria for success.
o Identify and allocate appropriate testing resources, tools, and environments.
* Team Leadership and Management:
o Lead, mentor, and manage a team of testers, ensuring they have the necessary skills and resources.
o Assign tasks, set priorities, and monitor team performance.
o Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
* Test Execution and Management:
o Oversee the execution of test cases, ensuring adherence to test plans and schedules.
o Manage the defect lifecycle, including identification, documentation, tracking, and resolution.
o Ensure that all testing activities are thoroughly documented and that test results are accurately reported.
* Quality Assurance:
o Ensure that the CRM system meets the defined quality standards and business requirements.
o Conduct reviews and audits of test processes and deliverables to ensure compliance with best practices and standards.
o Collaborate with development and business teams to address and resolve quality issues.
* Risk Management:
o Identify potential risks and issues related to testing activities and develop mitigation strategies.
o Monitor and report on test progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
* Continuous Improvement:
o Continuously evaluate and improve testing processes, tools, and methodologies.
o Stay current with industry trends and advancements in testing practices and technologies.
o Implement best practices and innovative solutions to enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness.
* Stakeholder Communication:
o Act as a point of contact for testing-related queries and issues.
o Communicate test status, progress, and results to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
o Facilitate meetings and workshops to gather feedback and ensure alignment with project objectives.
* Documentation:
o Create and maintain comprehensive testing documentation, including test plans, test cases, test scripts, and test reports.
o Ensure that all documentation is up-to-date and accessible to relevant stakeholders.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
* Proven experience as a Testing Manager or in a similar role, preferably with CRM projects.
* Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in using testing tools and software (e.g., Selenium, JIRA, TestRail).
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and work well under pressure.
* ISTQB certification or equivalent is preferred.
