Job Description Analyst
As a Business Systems Analyst, you will:
1. Perform identification, analysis, and documentation of system and business requirements.
2. Analyze and communicate stakeholder needs by translating business requirements into software specifications.
3. Perform business/systems analysis and create documentation that ensures our development solutions are successfully implemented.
4. Develop specifications, diagrams, and flowcharts for developers to follow.
5. Conduct workflow analyses, assessing the impact of systems functionality on systems and operations, and make recommendations on integration and process improvements.
6. Use modeling, testing, and data models to improve the flow of information through an organization to enhance project success.
7. Perform project management tasks:
1. Create and update project plans.
2. Maintain status reports.

Education & Preferred Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Business Management, or a related technical field.
2. 10+ years of experience as an analyst on IT projects.
3. 5+ years of BFSI domain knowledge.
4. Demonstrated experience in data analysis with Excel and SQL.
