About the Company - Aramark Ireland is currently recruiting for a Billing Analyst to join our team in Dublin 17. The role of Billing Analyst will be responsible for the billing administration of the Aramark Ireland business and demonstrate a proactive approach in the delivery of the service and be self-motivated, requiring minimal supervision. The activities within the role are in scope for transformation and this role will play a key part in driving forward new ways of working.

Responsibilities
1. Process new opening / closure / change forms whilst applying stringent SOX/Audit controls
2. Complete configuration of new contracts in multiple inhouse systems
3. Reconcile GL postings based on information provided by the regional/facilities managers and the Finance team
4. Debit / Credit Journal entry
5. Generate contractual revenue postings at month end
6. Generate and distribute Fixed / Cost Plus month end invoices
7. Generate manual Ad-Hoc invoices for non-contractual billing or any other requests
8. Support the month end invoice by providing detailed back up when required by the client
9. Assist the finance and operations team in dealing with any client queries regarding invoices
10. When requested, follow up with clients to obtain POs to enable payment of invoices
11. Meet monthly billing targets
12. Run month end reports from main system analysing data based on auto/manual billing
13. Manage client queries, ensuring satisfactory customer service is provided to all and queries escalated where necessary
14. Billing contact point for internal audit reviews and external legal entity audit for the business
15. Support the change effort for implementation of new ways of working
16. Liaise with Account Receivable team for day-to-day activity/tasks
Qualifications - A minimum of 2 years relevant experience in a similar role in a fast-paced and busy corporate environment. Maintain accurate and detailed records. Adhere to company policies and procedures. Willingness to question the status quo and challenge current thinking. Proven experience in dealing effectively with multiple clients/projects. Excellent attention to detail & ability to prioritise tasks and to work to tight deadlines. Microsoft Excel skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills both written and verbal. Knowledge of Oracle or similar large ERP system is an advantage.
