About the Role:
* Coordinate recruitment processes from start to finish.
* Sources top talent through various channels and networks.
* Organize and manage Recruitment Fairs across the region, fostering relationships with key stakeholders.
Requirements:
* Degree in a relevant discipline and 1-2 years of related work experience or an equivalent combination.
* A self-motivated individual who can prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and collaborate with the TA team.
* Excellent interpersonal skills for successful interactions with internal and external partners.
