My client, an educational institution are hiring a Grade VI Payroll Officer in Carlow. This role is a fully onsite position.

Principal duties and responsibilities:
·Ensure that payroll control processes and procedures are adhered to.
·Complete payrolls in accordance with strict deadlines
·Follow payroll taxation and statutory deductions requirements.
·Support the improvement of payroll processes and policies.
·Prepare and maintain monthly payroll deductions.
·Maintain payroll record for audit and internal information purposes.
Qualifications and Requirements
·At least 3 years of Payroll Experience.
·Payroll related qualifications are desirable. (IPASS or equivalent)
·Good knowledge/experience using IT systems.
·Be capable and competent of fulfilling the role to a high standard.
·Excellent analytical, interpersonal and team working skills.
