Territory Sales Manager

Dinex is looking for a Territory Sales Manager in the United States for Wisconsin, Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Kentucky, Ohio. Preference will be given to candidates who reside in or are willing to relocate to the Midwest region.
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Identifies new distributors and works to develop fleet and distributor pull-through sales
2. Gathers competitive intelligence for the marketing team and management
3. Prepares market analysis and identifies sales opportunities for assigned geographic region
4. Works with distributors to conduct local trainings, marketing support and sales promotion activities
5. Promote Dinex AEM brand image among distribution and end-users
6. Develops and maintains good relationships with key distributors
7. Supports new product development for the needs of assigned market
8. Facilitate defective and warranty claims with business support team
9. Operates with assigned travel and expense budgets
10. Prepares weekly work plans, reports, travel itineraries
11. Support DUS distributor management strategy - training, business plans, customer support
12. Facilitate distributors to win bids
13. Conduct regular business reviews with distributors, and improve the distributor sales & marketing processes
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree or minimum 3 years sales experience in an automotive or heavy truck aftermarket sales capacity, or for related products
2. Candidate with an engineering or marketing background would be an advantage
3. The ideal candidate would demonstrate good business acumen, aggressive and willing to travel frequently (50%)
4. Excellent communicator both in presentation and written form
5. Solid computer skills including working knowledge of CRMs and MS Office
6. Ability to perform tasks that require physical activity, including lifting, carrying, and moving objects up to 50lbs.
7. Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
