Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Manager to join our team at Starrus Eco Holdings Limited. This critical role involves leading the Accounts Payable Function and guiding a team of professionals.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the accounts payable function, providing clear communication, guidance, training, and development when required.
* Ensure full use is made of the system and proactively work with stakeholders to follow processes and procedures.
* Assist in driving ongoing projects and process improvement initiatives within the accounts payable function.
* Maintain documented procedures and ensure adherence to them by the team.
* Develop the team through training and coaching, overseeing continuous development and other duties as assigned.
Requirements
* Minimum 4 years experience in an accounts payable environment with management capacity.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with experience in managing change and implementing new procedures.
* Excellent attention to detail, ability to work independently, and strong computer skills including Word, Excel & Accounting software.
* Capability to work in a busy environment with strict deadlines, excellent time management, and organizational skills.
