You will support dedicated customers in identifying and achieving business objectives through best-in-class digital engagement and partner co-selling. The main goal of a Technology Specialist (TS) is to win the technical decision of customers to purchase and use Microsoft technology and cloud services. The TS owns and wins customers' technical decisions, finds new opportunities, and works within a virtual team to educate customers at a technical level, demonstrate, and prove solutions, and win the technical decision.
Qualifications
* Solid technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience
* Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field AND a few years of technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience
* Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field AND a few years of technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience OR equivalent experience
* This role requires collaboration with local customers, therefore fluency in French is required.
Language Skills: French & English
Responsibilities
* Lead complex technical wins, leveraging knowledge of resources and proactively engaging product teams to remediate escalated technical blockers.
* Build competitive knowledge, document compete patterns, demos, and share them within the community.
* Oversee demonstrations of solutions, adapting and extending architecture patterns to accommodate complex customer requirements.
* Act as a technical thought leader by sharing best practices and delivering content at Microsoft events.
* Own technical discussions for Azure Migration with customers, leveraging processes and tools, demos, and programs.
* Build strategy, map the agreed customer vision into a strategy, resolve concerns, preventing and removing technical blockers, and validating a strong business case for investment.
* Drive technical assessments to create a map of the current landscape and build the technical migration plans.
* Design the solution using your technical knowledge, architectural approach, consultancy skills, and our methodology to win a customer's technical decision and meet the customer's needs.
* Scale through partners, acting as liaison between the partner and account team, facilitating partner resources and processes.
* Be the Voice of Customer to share insights and best practices, connect with the Engineering team to remove key blockers and drive product improvements.
