The Associate Director (P4), Graphic Design & Animation is a strategic position responsible for shaping the visual communication strategy for clinical trial communications. This role collaborates closely with therapeutically assigned Patient Engagement, Senior Directors and Health Literacy teams to support the overarching patient engagement strategy for the clinical portfolio.
Lead the design and production of high-quality, health literate visual content, including graphics, animations, and multimedia materials tailored to diverse patient populations and Investigators.
Ensure all content is culturally sensitive and inclusive, addressing the needs of underserved and harder-to-reach patient groups.
Collaborate within Patient Engagement and with cross-functional teams to identify key priorities and ensure alignment of health literacy initiatives with broader clinical trial objectives.
Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in graphic design and animation, incorporating innovative techniques into content creation.
Continuously evaluate and improve visual communication methods to enhance patient understanding and engagement.
Implement feedback mechanisms to gather insights from patients and stakeholders, using this data to refine and optimize visual materials.
Oversee multiple design and animation projects, ensuring timely delivery of impactful visual materials that support clinical trial recruitment, retention, and patient education.
Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) principles in all aspects of visual content, with a focus on reaching underserved populations and improving access to clinical trial information.
