Responsibilities:
Welcome customers to the service department in a professional and friendly manner.
Assess vehicle service needs by reviewing history and discussing concerns with customers to ensure accurate job card documentation.
Communicate updates on service progress, including any changes to cost estimates, timelines, or additional recommended services.
Work closely with the Workshop, Service Reception, Warranty, and Parts teams to ensure smooth service operations.
Provide an outstanding customer experience by maintaining high levels of professionalism and efficiency.
Requirements:
Strong customer service skills with a proactive and positive attitude.
Experience as a Service Advisor in the motor industry is an advantage.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
A full driver's licence is required.
