The successful candidate will join our dynamic team and contribute to a leading multinational financial services company with a strong focus on growth and customer satisfaction.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide customer and merchant support by handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of service. Assist the sales team with contract preparation, client documentation, and coordination with internal departments. Oversee office administration, including reception duties, office supplies, and equipment management. Maintain and update databases, process data, generate reports, and manage invoicing. Communicate with international offices, partners, third parties, and authorities, ensuring compliance and supporting ad hoc projects as needed. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing or a related field. 1-2 years of experience in administrative or back-office support, preferably in financial services or banking. Good knowledge in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Fluency in English, both verbal and written. Must have a legal right to work in Ireland without the need for visa sponsorship.
