Job Title: Community Support Worker
Job Purpose
The Community Support Worker will assist the Community Services Manager and Team Leader in delivering a quality individual-focused service.
Key Responsibilities
* Work individually and as part of a team to provide high-quality care and rehabilitative support to adults with Acquired Brain Injury and/or other neurological conditions in the community.
* Implement and ensure Rehab Care standards while overseeing the delivery of a quality, customer-focused service.
Requirements
* Minimum QQI Level 5 in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
* Two years' experience in providing community and service-based programmes and activities to promote independence and meet the needs, choices, and abilities of individuals.
* Comprehensive understanding, knowledge, and experience of working with people with neurological conditions.
* Ability to maintain a high standard of care in line with Rehab Care's policy and procedures.
Additional Requirements
* Full clean driving license.
* Basic knowledge of first aid/personal care and good hygiene practices.
