The Role:
Our client is seeking a dynamic and organised individual to join their Sales and Marketing team. This role will play a vital part in supporting both sales and marketing operations, ensuring the smooth delivery of services and helping drive lead generation efforts.
Responsibilities:
1. Providing administrative support to the Sales team, including preparing quotes and managing documentation.
2. Assisting with lead generation and qualifying potential sales opportunities.
3. Managing and updating social media platforms to promote the company's services and campaigns.
4. Coordinating with a third-party marketing company to ensure alignment with overall strategy.
5. Conducting competitor analysis to inform sales and marketing strategies.
6. Monitoring and quantifying leads to help identify high-potential opportunities.
7. Collaborating with the team to create engaging content and marketing materials.
The Person:
1. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
2. Experience in social media marketing and an understanding of digital marketing trends.
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
4. Knowledge of or interest in the renewable energy sector is highly desirable.
5. Prior experience in a similar support role within sales or marketing is an advantage.
